张志珺，主任医师，教授，博士生导师。东南大学附属中大医院神经内科主任。东南大学脑血管病研究所所长。
工作学习经历：1986年毕业于东南大学医学院（原南京铁道医学院）临床医学系，留附属医院（现中大医院）神经内科，从事临床、教学和科研工作。1996年获英国政府海外博士奖学金（ORS）在英国Sheffield大学医学院精神系攻读博士并于2000年2月获医学博士学位。2000年3月由南京医科大学附属脑科医院作为人才引进，在精神科从事临床、科研和教学工作，期间任精神科教授、博士生导师、并任科研所副所长、精神大科副主任。同期，获得美国和英国研究基金资助，先后在英国Sheffield大学、英国Belfast大学神经科学研究中心协作课题。
现任职务：于2004年5月由东南大学作为人才引进在中大医院神经内科从事临床、科研和教学工作，现为神经内科教授、主任医师、博士生导师、神经内科科主任、东南大学脑血管病研究所所长、东南大学附属中大医院脑血管病干预中心主任，东南大学学习科学中心专家委员会成员。

专业方向：脑血管疾病的基础和临床研究；抑郁的基础和临床研究；临床神经认知科学和临床神经精神药理遗传学；这是学科的主要发展方向，也是与东南大学校内“神经科学”整体研究体系密切结合的研究方向。
科研概况：近五年来主持各种研究基金项目10余项，包括3项国家自然科学基金面上项目，江苏省自然科学基金重点项目和江苏省六大人才项目共2项，以及多项国家部委、市科研基金以及承担2项国际合作项目；荣获国际学术会议“青年科学家奖”4项，南京市科技成果奖2项，2005年国家中华医学科技奖1项；近年来共发表文章80余篇，其中国际核心期刊论著19篇（SCI收录）（包括The Lancet, Mol Psychiatry; Bio Psychiatry；Am J Psychiatry; Br J Psychiatry等）,累积影响因子分约50分；副主编和参编专著6本。
