房殿春，现为第三军医大学西南医院消化科主任医师、教授、博士导师。曾留学美国和澳大利亚，为国家有突出贡献中青年专家。长期从事胃粘膜癌变机理及逆转治疗研究，先后获国家自然科学基金6项，军队重点科研课题1项，面上项目多项。国内外发表学术论文500余篇，主编专著10部。获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步二等奖12项。1998年被评为解放军总后勤部“科技银星”，1999年被评为国家有突出贡献的中青年专家。先后三次荣立三等功。
　　现为国内著名消化病专家之一。现任任中华医学会消化病学会常委、中华医学会消化内镜学会常委，、中国医师学会消化病学会常委、中国医促会胃病学会副会长、全军消化内科专委会副主任委员、重庆市医学会理事、重庆市消化病学会主任委员，并担任《中华消化杂志》、《中华消化内镜杂志》、《中华肝病杂志》等二十余种杂志编委或副主编。为重庆市首批学术技术带头人。
